Hyatt Legal Plans can provide a significant number of clients to general practice attorneys. Hyatt refers thousands of clients to attorneys each month. These clients also are a source of referrals from co-workers, family and friends. Hyatt Legal Plans pays legal fees directly to the attorneys for covered services. For non-covered services, the firm charges the clients its normal fees after executing a signed fee agreement. Members of our panel are eligible to provide legal services to any member of our legal plans.

The minimum requirements to join our panel are:

  • Have at least 5 years' general practice experience.  Average experience is 22 years.
  • Operate a fully staffed general practice law office.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an active license with the State Bar with no bar complaints or disciplinary problems.
  • Agree to provide legal services to our plan members according to our policies, utilizing our fee schedules for covered services.
  • Maintain malpractice insurance in the minimum sum of $100,000 per claim.
